Life is Beautiful (or La vita è bella) is probably my favorite. I also think Sin Nombre is a fantastic Spanish-language film, as well as the Spanish-language The Orphanage. There are others, but I can’t really say a “kind” because film is film. If it’s good, English-language or not, I’ll enjoy it.
